  2011 SANTA CLARA SUPER REGIONALS
The 2011 campaign featured several wins over top 25 programs, as the Patriots knocked of #6 TCU, #9 Texas A&M, #11 Oklahoma, and #17 Rice during the regular-season. DBU’s 39 wins at the end of their regular-season schedule culminated in their second-ever at-large bid, earning the #3 seed at the Fort Worth Regional.
Outfielder Jason Krizan had one of the best seasons in school history, setting the NCAA record for most doubles in one season (39), while also leading the team in batting
average (.413), hits (102), home runs (10), and RBI (81). At season’s end, Krizan was named a consensus First Team All-American by five publications and was also tabbed as a finalist for the Dick Howser Trophy - awarded to the best collegiate baseball player in the country, and the USA Baseball Golden Spikes Award.
Tyler Robbins also garnered Second Team All-American honors from the American Baseball Coaches Association after hitting .316 with 10 home runs, 17 doubles, and 40 RBI.
   USA Today chronicled DBU’s run to The Patriots defeated Oral Roberts their first-ever NCAA Super Regional. to claim the Fort Worth Regional.
