TRAINER
2015 saw DBU Baseball reach historic heights, as the Patriots capped off the regular-season with the #1 RPI in the nation, won a school-record 46 games, and hosted their first-ever NCAA Regional at Horner Ballpark. The Dallas Regional consisted of #17 Oregon State, Texas, and Virginia Commonwealth. After dropping the opener to VCU, the Patriots rallied to knock off both the Longhorns and Beavers in the same day to advance to the finals. Following a 2-1 win over VCU to force a winner-take-all game, DBU lost 3-1 to see their postseason come to an end.
Brandon Koch totaled 14 saves and set a Cory Taylor stymied the Texas Longhorns in the Dallas single-season school-record with 15.91 Regional, throwing a complete game in an 8-1 win.
