TRAINER
 After losing six main pieces from the previous year, the Patriots posted a 42- 21 record and reached the NCAA postseason for the fifth consecutive year. DBU piled up several statement wins en route to earning the three-seed at the Fayetteville Regional, defeating #4 Texas Tech, #22 Sam Houston State, #23 TCU, and #24 Oklahoma during the regular-season.
Facing a stout field in the Fayetteville Regional that included #4 Arkansas, #8 Southern Miss and Oral Roberts, the Patriots advanced to their fourth straight regional final against Arkansas. DBU dropped the opening game to Southern

Devlin Granberg hit a school-record .443 to earn All-American and MVC Player of the Year honors in 2018.
Jameson Hannah became the second highest drafted player in school history when he was selected by the Oakland Athletics with the 50th overall pick.
