PATRIOTS CLINCH 4TH MVC TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONSHIP
DBU entered the 2021 Missouri Valley Conference Tournament as the No. 1 seed at Itchy Jones Stadium in Carbondale, Illinois. With wins over Valparaiso, Bradley, and Indiana State in bracket play, DBU punched their ticket to their sixth MVC Championship game where they defeated the Indiana State Sycamores in an 11-inning thriller, 12-8. The MVC Tournament title marked the Patriots fourth league championship since DBU joined The Valley in 2014.
