WPIAL Quarterfinalists
The 2023-2024 North Allegheny boys basketball team gave themselves a chance to win the section championship on the last day of section play and returned to the playoffs after missing them in 2022-2023.
It was a slow start to the sea- son for the Tigers as they played a rugged non-section schedule
Things started to turn around for North Allegheny once section play began and a 4-game winning streak from January 26 to February 6
set up a section championship game between the Tigers and Central Catholic.
North Allegheny fell in a heartbreaker but bounced back to beat Bethel Park in the regular season finale.
The Tigers received the fifth seed in the WPIAL playoffs, but their season would come to a close when the Tigers lost at fourth-seeded Baldwin in the WPIAL First Round by a score of 55-49.
taking on both teams that met in the WPIAL 5A Championship in Moon and Franklin Regional and District 10 Runner-up Erie City.
