Dear AEMA Members,

As we head into the holiday season, I want to express my gratitude for your continued dedication to our profession and hope you all had a successful fall season.

Executive Director Search

We're excited to announce that we'll be hiring a new Executive Director, with the goal of having someone in place before our next National Convention. I established a working group to finalize the job description which has been completed and approved by the board. I appointed Keith Moodie as the chair of the Executive Director Hiring Committee. The committee's primary focus will be finding a candidate who can drive both financial and membership growth, taking our association to new levels.

2025 National Convention Updates

• Location: Planet Hollywood Resort, Las Vegas
• Vendor Registration: Now open! Please share this opportunity with potential vendors who might be interested in exhibiting.
• Member Registration: Opening soon. Our room block is limited and will fill quickly, so please register as soon as it becomes available.
