Highlights in History:
• Founded in 1921 as an all women’s college by the Society of the Holy Child Jesus.
• 2008 – Board of Trustees approved a Strategic Plan emphasizing and expanding the enrollment, programs, and reputation by embracing co-education, partnerships, and online education.
• 2009 – Opened its doors at the undergraduate
level to all interested and qualified women and men, unifying the three schools and expanding the mission of being a “community of learners.”
• 2022 – Once again included in U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges Rankings in the Regional Universities North category including being ranked #7 in Social Mobility
