WPIAL Semifinalists
The 2024 North Allegheny girls soccer team got back to the WPIAL Semifinals for the 3rd straight season.
It was an inconsistent start to the season with the Tigers sitting around .500 most of the way.
The turning point started on September 25 when NA beat North Hills, 3-0. That started a 6-match point streak to finish the season.
As seems to be the theme with Girls Soccer, the Tigers played 2 more OT games in the WPIAL playoffs, extending their streak of overtime games in the WPIAL playoffs to 6. North Allegheny ultimately fell to Peters Township 2-1 in the WPIAL Semifinals.
Individually, NA had 7 players on the Big 56 all-section team and 3 to the All-WPIAL team.
