Dating back to the 2013 season, when DBU transitioned from an Independent to the Western Athletic Conference, 44 players from DBU have combined to total 78 All-Conference selections. Since DBU joined the Missouri Valley Conference in 2014, the Patriots’ 73 All-MVC selections are the most from any of the eight teams in the league.
