Dating back to the 2013 season, when DBU transitioned from an Independent to the Western Athletic Conference, 64 players from DBU have combined for 103 All-Conference selections. During DBU’s nine seasons in the Missouri Valley Conference from 2014-2022, the Patriots’ 89 All-MVC selections were the most in The Valley. DBU also led Conference USA in all-conference selections in their first year in the league in 2023, with nine.
