DBU Baseball is gearing up to celebrate its 14th year on the Patriot Broadcasting Network (PBN) in 2025,
continuing a legacy of bringing live play-by-play action to DBU fans across the globe. Since its inception in 2012, the PBN has been a vital part of the fan experience, offering a up-close look at one of the nation’s top collegiate baseball programs.
For the 2025 season, all home broadcasts of DBU Baseball will be available on ESPN+, allowing fans to catch every thrilling moment
of the Patriots’ home games. As one of the elite programs in college baseball, DBU will be prominently featured on ESPN’s platform, with all 30 of the team’s home games set to air for a nationwide audience.
When the Patriots take to the road, fans can follow all the action live through the PBN’s official website at www.patriotbroadcastingnetwork. com. The PBN will also cover every pitch of DBU Baseball at the Conference USA Tournament and the NCAA postseason.
The broadcast team of Reagan Ratcliff and Brendan Smith will return for their 14th season together as the voices of DBU Baseball. The pair has been instrumental in the success of the PBN since its debut in 2012, helping bring the excitement of Patriot Baseball to fans near and far. Over the past 13 years, Ratcliff and Smith have called 11 NCAA Regional appearances, highlighted by memorable moments like the
2015 Dallas Regional and the 2021 Columbia Super Regional, where DBU made an unforgettable run.
Joining the broadcast team in 2025 is former DBU pitcher Kragen Kechely, who will serve as an analyst for road games. Kechely, who pitched for DBU from 2017-2021, holds the school record for most career appearances with 100. His insights and knowledge of the game will provide fans with a unique perspective from a Patriot legend.
In addition, Alexis DeLaGarza will make her debut on the PBN broadcast team in 2025, serving as a reporter for ESPN+ broadcasts. DeLaGarza, who also works as a sideline reporter for DBU Basketball broadcasts, will offer fans in-depth stories and interviews throughout the season.
The 2025 season will also see the continuation of PBN’s partnership with the Horner Communications Department, ensuring that DBU fans will enjoy one of the most professional and comprehensive broadcasts in college baseball. The video production team will work alongside the broadcast crew to deliver high-quality coverage that captures all the excitement of DBU Baseball.
